Terry Santini is the president and founder of Santini & Sedawie, P.A.
Ms. Santini earned her bachelor’s of business administration degree from Florida Atlantic University and attended Nova Southeastern University to earn credits in the master’s in accounting program with a financial planning component. She is a certified public accountant licensed in Florida; and she holds current memberships in AICPA, FICPA and AWSCPA.
A compelling and thought-provoking speaker, Ms. Santini is a respected lecturer and seminar leader on business development and tax rules. She has a practical knowledge of small business operations, having owned and operated a private pre-school in Davie from 1985 to 1995.
Ms. Santini is involved in her community. She was elected to the Davie Town Council, serving from 1995 to 1998. She served as a member of the Broward County Charter Review Commission.
Ms. Santini was appointed by former Gov. Jeb Bush to serve two terms on the Florida Housing Finance Corporation board of directors through 2006. She was appointed by Gov. Charlie Crist in 2007 to serve on the Children Services Council board of directors, which oversees the administration of program funding to improve the quality of life for children and families
in Broward County.
Ms. Santini has received numerous awards for her community and public service.

Mr. Sedawie earned his bachelor’s of business administration degree from Florida Atlantic University. He is a Florida-licensed certified public accountant and a member of the AICPA.
Mr. Sedawie understands business operations and processes, having served as the senior accountant for two insurance companies that managed portfolios valued at more than $100 million. At one firm, he assisted with its organization, developed programming efforts for customized accounting and business operations software, created accounting and operational processes for the company, and trained employees in company operations, accounting procedures
and software operations.
Mr. Sedawie’s knowledge and experience in financial statement compilation, revenue analysis, balance sheet item analysis and cash flow management helps Santini & Sedawie’s clients to clearly understand the status of their business operations and areas for opportunity
and improvement.
Mr. Sedawie began his accounting career as an accounts receivable manager with a medical equipment supply firm, worked for Santini & Associates as a staff accountant, and held senior accounting management positions with other companies before rejoining Ms. Santini and becoming a partner in the firm.

Ms. Sedawie earned her bachelor’s of business administration degree in
accounting from Florida Atlantic University. She is a certified public accountant, and a member
of the AICPA.
Ms. Sedawie worked for Florida real estate investment companies managing multi-million dollar investment portfolios. She reviewed staff accountants’ work for real estate partnerships, was responsible for tax return preparations, calculating partner distributions, and managing relationships with financial institutions.
She served as on-site accountant for one of Fort Lauderdale’s largest condominium developments performing job cost reconciliations, reviewing loan requisitions, calculating unit costs, and preparing monthly financial statements for multiple partnerships.
Prior to joining Santini & Sedawie, Ms. Sedawie held positions of increasing levels of responsibility, starting as a bookkeeper with the Swerdlow Real Estate Group and concluding as a senior accountant with Stiles Corp.
As a senior accountant at Santini & Sedawie, Ms. Sedawie focuses her more than a decade of financial and investment analysis, project management and accounting experience to help clients satisfactorily resolve tax issues.
